Budapest – Winter Panorama
by Mice007 on Feb.07, 2010, under Other
Something new for the blog today. A flash based panorama of Budapest. We’re under 40cm snow and more coming. I hope you like it. You can zoom in a lot, the photo is really high resolution. This is the best panorama I took holding the camera in hand.
Amazing amount of snow at Budapest
by Mice007 on Jan.30, 2010, under Other
I cannot really remember this amount of snow in the last 10 years… We have around 30-35cm how around here, today I took some photos of Perdi and the snow. She love playing in the snow but this amount was a bit too much for her and she was able to walk only on the cleaned areas. Of course she tried to jump into the big snow several times
New Apple Gadget – iPad
by Mice007 on Jan.27, 2010, under Other
I always liked Apple products and today I also curious and can’t wait to see the new stuffs but if the rumors are true about the new tablet (iPad or iTablet or iSlate, we will see) then I think this will be something I cannot imagine for myself… I have an iPhone already so I know how such device looks like and works…and I like it a lot. It is small and lightweight enough so I can carry it everywhere in my pocket. I think this won’t be possible with the iSlate/iTablet stuff. – Update below.
New year, big changes
by Mice007 on Jan.25, 2010, under Blue Hour
Not just the dog and stuffs but I made a big decision about bluhour.com site. Due the lack of search engine hits I decided to fix a mistake I may made when registered the domain name for it. So today I registered a new domain and now the site is available under: www.bluehoursite.com. Of course I’m keeping the old domain available too. I hope it will help increasing the hits and more and more people will find it using google for example.
The toy-dog
by Mice007 on Jan.25, 2010, under Animals
We rolled the idea about getting a dog in front of us for a while ago… but around the end of last year we visited a West highland white terrier breeder and immediately fall in love. (If you like dogs but don’t want to buy one yet… NEVER EVER VISIT ANY BREEDER!!
) so she looked amazing, cute and was 8 weeks old. (continue reading…)
Major bluhour.com update!
by Mice007 on Nov.30, 2009, under Blue Hour
Yes! Finally I replaced the bluhour.com website to a brand new one. The look & feel is similar I made a year ago but now it has a nice content management system (drupal) int he background.
What does this means to you? Well a lot!
Now I’ll be able to put articles on the site about digital photography, especially about night photography. I have plans to write some nice How To’s too. Finally I have the platform for this.
The site is currently running as Beta version and I still tweaking the settings and design but I hope it works good for all who used it before.
here is the NEW BLUHOUR.COM, have fun.

I’ve found this forum yesterday during some googling. I recommend you if you’re interested in photography and in learning photography…or just to help others. They have pretty good contests, weekly themes, and article collections. Have a look at this community at: Photo Forum
Esztergom
by Mice007 on Oct.06, 2009, under Hungary
One of the oldest towns in Hungary. Estabilished around 970. It is only a hour of driving from Budapest so really easy to get there. Of course there are other options like a nice train or bus. I’d recommend everyone who travelling to Hungary to visit this place. It is easy to spend a full day there, the center of the town is large enough to allow a lot of walking and also there are several good restaurants, pizzerias. There are also a lot of things to visit or to take amazing photographs. The old buildings, streets are a very nice subject to everyone.
Few hours at Szentendre
by Mice007 on Oct.04, 2009, under Hungary
My mom had a class reunion in a restaurant at Szentendre. She asked me to bring her back to home when the party is over so I thought it would be good to have a walk there and to take some photos too at the most prettier part of this place. We were there for a few hours only but this is just enough to survey this part. It is a relatively small area, basically a street called Duna korzó with many sights and beautiful houses, restaurants and shops. Here are the photos I took:
Santorini – a beauty must see
by Mice007 on Aug.15, 2009, under Santorini
So… finally a new post but from an old subject. We were in Santorini and Crete in 2005. Today I dug in my galleries on the hard drive and went through these photos too… and decided to put online some of them in a new post. If you did not decide where to go on holiday yet, then here is an idea

It is an amazing place, located in the Aegean sea. The middle of the island is destroyed long time ago when the volcano erupted. This huge explosion cleared the area too, the north side of Crete too.
The little island in the middle is the centre of the old volcano. The water is still hot around it.
You can read more about this place on wikipedia
Check my images below. You’ll see that the place is so unique, lot of temples with the amazing blue top and white walls.
